About Me

Hi, I’m Chrissy.

For over 30 years, I worked as a pharmacist in community pharmacy, supporting people living with long-term health conditions. Day after day, I dispensed medications and cared for patients who were doing their best to manage conditions that often felt overwhelming.

What stayed with me most wasn’t just the prescriptions it was how often I saw the same people returning, needing higher doses or additional medications as their health continued to decline.

Over time, I became increasingly aware that lifestyle factors, what we eat, how we move, how we sleep, and how we manage stress play a powerful role alongside medical care. I began to feel strongly that prevention and long-term lifestyle support were just as important.

That belief eventually led me to step away from pharmacy practice and retrained, completing a Diploma in Professional Nutrition and Health Coaching, followed by a certification in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health

Why Brain Health Matters To Me

This isn’t just a profession for me; it’s personal. I’ve walked this path myself, and I know what real change takes

A few years ago, a routine blood test showed that I had high cholesterol, prediabetes, and poor kidney function

These results were a shock. I remember thinking, “If this is where I am now… what happens if I don’t do something?”

Before turning to medication, I made a decision to try to change my lifestyle first. I focused on what I was eating, I moved more, and looked at the stress levels and sleep habits I’d been ignoring.

I didn’t expect the biggest change to come from my brain.

For years, I’d been dealing with foggy thinking, low energy, forgetfulness, and that feeling that my brain just wasn’t firing properly. I put it down to age or hormones, but deep down, I knew something wasn’t right

As I made these lifestyle shifts, something unexpected happened… the fog started to clear. I could think more clearly. I had more focus and an increased attention span. My energy came back, and for the first time in years, I felt like me again.

My blood tests improved, and I was able to reverse all 3 conditions. To say I was happy was an understatement! But what also changed my life was realising how much our lifestyle can impact memory, clarity, and long-term brain health as well. It was a true lightbulb moment for me

After completing my Nutrition and Health Coaching Diploma, I became increasingly fascinated by the science behind memory and cognition. I went on to specialise further, obtaining certification in applied neuroscience, memory, and brain health, deepening my understanding of how lifestyle supports cognitive function across the lifespan.

Who I Help

I now bring together 30 years of clinical healthcare experience, my neuroscience

training, and my own personal journey to help professional women in their 50s

understand what's really happening in their brain — and give them the tools to do

something about it.

Because you shouldn't have to wait for a wake-up call to make a change.
