I deliver warm, practical talks that help women understand changes in memory and focus and learn simple, effective ways to support their brain health.

I’m Chrissy — a Memory & Brain Health Coach helping women over 50 improve memory, focus, and long-term brain health.

I spent over 30 years as a pharmacist, and have since trained in health coaching, neuroscience, and brain health ,so everything I share is grounded in real science but easy to apply in everyday life.

I offer talks (or optional workshop- style sessions) for:

  • Wellbeing events and retreats
